Districts attack and defense

Hello. Do I lose the stats when I'm attacked by someone on district or I just lose the bonus that the district provides for example I got a district that gives me some bonus HP - if I will be attacked by other player I will lose some of my stats aswell or just the district?

And what about attacking other players districts? If I attack "anonymous" player and fail will I lose stats or something?

You will lose stats in both scenarios.

Is it specified how much or just like the normal attack from the rave?

If you get attacked while you are on a district, you will lose stats and get kicked from the street - making you lose the bonus of it.

If you try to attack a street and fail, you will also lose stats (1% of what you have).
