have credits need priv/care

I have the credits but can't figure out how to get private care. help me daddy I'm scared

under the ER main pic, there is a button "**** this ! buy private care"
It will cost u 10 credits to buy private care.

thanks that worked. It just didn't augment the pointer when passing over the button. so i didn't know it could be pressed
