you need to fill the username / password / Email address
after that you will recieve a confirmation code on your email .. you need it to complete the deletion
and it will take at least three weeks before your user is completely deleted from the system ..

idk that email and pas that was 1y+ ago you can check my acc you can easy see my nicks....
we can send you new password if dont remember it but you have to rember the email address ,, try to find it because the new password will be send on it
If you failed to remember the email address ,, you would better to submit a ticket to the support center with your problem .. and be sure that it will be solved .
