Reasons why your account was banned

A lot of people are asking why they where banned. And I will now explain how we know that someone that has logged into your account has used iOpus iMacro.

All web browsers send information to the webservers that they are visiting, this information is 100% legal to read and to store. Some programs, like iOpus iMacro, also send this information to the webserver that is being visited. We have logged this information and it is really 100% clear that this information comes from iOpus iMacro and no other program. So we have no program installed on your computer or anything illegal like that, we just log the information that your web browser sends to us.

We started logging this about a week ago and yesterday we decided to take action. We where pissed off to see so many people use this account and we decided to ban everyone to get some justice in the game.

A lot of people think that they have been banned unfair and this might be true. There are two ways to end up in our log:

1. You are using iOpus iMacro and have it installed on your computer.

2. One of your friends who have logged into your account have iOpus iMacro installed.

There is no other way to end up the logs.

So, where do we go from here? Some people might have been banned unfair and a lot of people that really should be banned have been banned.

We might have been a bit to eager to get rid of the cheaters so here is what we will do during the day:

1. All accounts that where banned yesterday will be unbanned.
2. Everyone with iOpus iMacro will not be able to login to TC.
3. We will still log everyone that is using iOpus despite point 2 will get banned.

So, consider yesterdays banning as a warning and make sure that your computer is 100% free of macros and bots.
