It could be introduced an item for purchase that if in case you play have enough money the factory updates start immediately because sometimes due to lack of time we can not enter the exact time to start the new update take into account this issue because it will be relevant for all about the game.

well that will be another buff for robber and businessman so the only way I would agree to something like that it would be if there would be a limit to it.
For example you can buy 2 or 3 items per round because If not we would have lvl 13 buildings day 15 and we do not want that. We will talk about it for next round
It's okay if you have an accessible item limit for everyone.
Many pro's and cons here..... a couple to consider
Pros
Less waiting time waiting for upgrades
Players to begin the game late have a better chance of success
Cons
People will reach max level quicker making respects even higher and other parts of the game less valuable.
Another part of the game where credits are a must to do well
All players would use credits on the last few levels which are the most expensive to save cash

Well the ideia is good, but not insta-upgrade item, we could hire a "Manager" (NPC) that automatically start the update whenever the building is off and you have money to UPG them.
Like 50cred and last for 10 (TC Days), similar to condoms.
