Robbery code

Hey there!

My question is: is that two-letter code for robbering really necessary? When I used to play TC on my computer it was ok, but since I started to play mostly via mobile, that **** key rarely appears! It costs me hours of playin! The code just doesn't load 95 in 100 tries. I want to know if I'm the only one with that issue.

for sure from pc will be better cus net speed it better in load.
from mobile maybe cus mobile network is slow to load the captcha.
