    How to report to Support center:

    Support Center Link: http://support.thecrims.com/

    click on Submit Ticket

    chose the section you need. If you have any question, click on the Support of your country or one who speak the same language, if it doesn't exist yet, speak in english in the Support English. After its selected, click on the 'Next' button.



    How to report wrong flags

    Since that now we dont have a specific Topic to report wrong flags directly to Abuse Crew, some countries have Topics created only for it, if your country don't have, report it one of those Topics or to a Moderator:

    The Information you must provide includes:
    • #User Name
      #User ID
      #Current Flag
      #Actual Flag (The flag that the user should have)



    How to report Hacking Cases
    (*) Don't report if the 'stolen' account is in Rabbit Mode, cause those accounts are not protected by Rules #2, #3 and #4.

    If you have had your account hacked please report this to the abuse crew at the support center

    Information to include in report:

    • #Your user Name
      #Your user ID
      #How many people play on the account
      #Your IP and IP of players using this account (use this site to check your IP: http://www.cmyip.com )
      #Old Nicknames of account users
      #Current and Old e-mails
      #Account's Old passwords (We Don't ask for current password!!)
      #Any information you may have on who it may be, and also their user ID if you have it
      #The estimated time that you think the hacking took place and when you discovered it.
      #Also say if you have any other proofs which may be of use.


    How to report Botters/Cheating Cases

    If you have any information of anyone who may be using any illegal script or software in order to gain an advantage in TC then
    please report this to the abuse crew on the support center: http://support.thecrims.com/index.ph...epartmentid=14

    When reporting these, please present the information in the format shown below:

    • #The User ID name the user(s) you suspect
      #The User ID of the user(s) you suspect
      #Any information on the type of BOT/Script that they may be using along with any proofs
      #Please also say if you have any screen prints of the software/Script as these would be useful

    How to report Credit Problems


    Please note that ALL credit problems must be reported at the support center, if reported on the forum they will not be dealt with. Use the credits section at http://support.thecrims.com/index.ph...departmentid=3 and please provide the information requested below.

    • #Your user ID
      #The Format that you use to buy credits (e.g. Moneybookers, e-gold, Mobile Phone)
      #If you used a mobile phone, from what number was the message sent
      #The time at which you bought the credits


    Please note that if the reports do not contain all the necessary information the crew may not be able to deal with them, so its important that you include the information needed in the formats shown above.

    p.s: In all cases, please check your email regularly to see if any Crew members asked you some more specific information about what you reported, in order to solve the case quickly and correctly.
