For a time now we have seen a trend with a declining player base. All this time we have kept the crew structured the same way. Today we have to be honest with ourselves and realize that the crew is greatly oversize compared to how many players actually play the game. After a long discussion with the crew leaders it has been decided that a reorganization of the crew is inevitable.

Last week we started to make cuts in the crew and the process has now been finalized. The result is a smaller crew that we hope will be more efficient.
