Bounties

IM a newb...and i was wondering how i kill some1 with a bounty...I have a sword

To collect the bounty, you must either have a solid relation, or a temporary contact(red relation) from a rave/pub or a whorehouse in order to be able to assualt them. Then you must kill them by having double their stregnth/tolerence to collect the bounty.
