I dont find that ticket in the sections i have access.. in what support department you send that ticket?

Department: Crew management feedback
Well, that section only developers have access, and since its "feedback" section, i think its not suppose to have an answer, cause its a feedback section.. For support about the game, or complain about bans, we have other sections:
to complain about bans: Abuse - Complaints only
to report players to be checked: Abuse - Reports only
for credit problems: Credits Department
or some other country department to have some answer to some questions
otherwise you will have to wait for some developer to answer you..
