I have got only one question - who is responsible for tickets in Support Center?

Why do I am asking?

On 12th of October I have submitted ticket, no. YVR-944304.
Not hard to calculate - more than 1 month already passed.
Untill now I did not receive any answer.
Moreover, few days ago, when I decided to check it's status, it has been closed.

Well, today, I am just interested in the second part of my ticket about thecrims.com forum login.
First part looks like is solved.
