Please don't Reduce stamina

I Have a suggest that will make the game better.

just add option or something about stamina. please do not reduce stamina if a player buying drugs on the drug dealers fail to do.

If the stamina wouldn't be reduced, all the players could just spam an ammount of drugs and we don't want that, do we?
