Well, that's good, we have plans to make your account more "valuable" so that you'll keep playing on the same account throughout the rounds, and you won't switch them as often as today. Medals and other perks that come in time and through achievements might have a role in that. But, at the moment we don't have any plans for cosmetic changes to medals.

However, 4 years one means 4+, so players who have account active for 6 years (me in June 2012) will have the same as those with 4 years ... 5 years is the same.

What can we do to add 5-6-7 years ?

They were going to make the new medals about 2-3 rounds ago, but im too lazy to even find the post. It was me who said they need medals for 5-6 years now and even dev said "it will be done" suprise suprise .... welcome to tc.
