Attacked by a gang after surgery ?

I was just wondering, can you get attacked by a gang even after you've changed your face ?
If the answer is "yes" whats the freakin logic ? I changed my face, no one should be able to attack me!

Sorry but the answer is YES. Believe me otherwise there would be not possible to smack best players. Now you have to overdose to avoid gang assaults. I think it's fair enough because somehow some players has to be stopped or they would dominate whole game without leaving you a chance to kill them.
