Casino Royale in safe gang

Why people with power 100k+ can't access the gang ? It's stupid. As we now, casino royale is the last gang robberies that we can do in safe gang, so why not all of the player can access it ? Although i have stats for motorcycle gang, I would prefer doing casino but i can't. Why did you put restriction on this robbery ? I think all players should have a choice which robbery they want to do.

I agree with newBisto! Power is too high for casino royale, but not for gill bates... I hope it's a mistake and you will change it soon.
