Hi, I would like to know the reason why this user http://www.thecrims.com/profile.php?id=4083311 has a 4th place medal from the round 35.

As far as I remember this medal was invented and started to be delivered since round 42. If this user has this medal alot more medals should be given. Also from past 4 and 5 killers. In my point of view this is Justice.
