Drug price change is totaly random or have a algorithm where
the base of drug price change is how much players is investing or not interessed in X drug?

The more significant changes happen with random events, the drug can increase or decrease depending on the event. You can keep the track of those events by consulting the newspaper. Another big change will happen when a boat arrives at the docks, the drug being sold on the boat will be increased as well.
