Credits Issue

Same here iv been playing for 4 days, bought credits 4 times, i requested help, when i post the Transaction IDs either they remove my request or ignore it, i have 3 requests open for few days and no one answered me they took my money and gave me no credits,
The service here is poor and ignorant.
They should take care of their customers

I will personally look into why nobody actually answered you but I can tell you one thing , we didn't take you money cause you didn't pay us , you pay a third party not THE CRIMS . I will check your ticket ASAP but I will advise you to write an email , ticket , to the company that you actually used to make the payment because clearly they did not send us anything since you do not have the credits. That being said I will fix your problem today .
