i cannot get stamina fast

I need stamina. Yesterday i waited 10 hours and i getted only 17%. why i dont get stamina fast. And my profile is very low

Well technically yes, your stamina will rise to 100% if you log off for a couple of hours. But taking drugs from nightlife or ****ing a hooker from a whorehouse is quicker, and will raise your spirit to high/very-high, so your stamina will rise quicker than normal.
