This update doesn't sound bad. However, it seems like it will only pave the way for kills.

I think the stat rate lost should vary based on account type.

For example;

- Getting attacks from players who are in the top 5 killers should lose like 0.3%

- for between normal players, It should be 0.6%. because we also have players who are trying to hit the bar to gain a stats.

- and for multis, this rate should be 1%.
