never logged in GRRRRRRR

I have a problem with logging into the game but in the fourm it's ok.
evry time i try to log in. it tells me that i have successfully logged out.
so what i have to do now because i almost delete this user and i really don't want that.

i saw your account, what happen is that your ip changes.. and the game think its another player, and that why you logout everytime. please try to see with your internet provider, why your ip changes alone and everytime..

my internet provider is my supervisor at work and i wanted to play crims in secret because it's forbidden .so i can't tell him to stick my IP so i can play crims and stop working.

i have another question please,i had an account under that name but it was from about 2 years and when i wanted to be back i shocked because that the user has gone.
isn't there anyway to get my old user back in return of that new user under the same name because i really loved that old user,plz
if i can't play my beloved old game again please don't take my old user too.

accounts that are inactive for more than 6 month, are deleted by the game, and its impossible to have it back.. you can create another one with same nick and same email if you want.. sorry.

about youre IP, maybe its on purpose, your boss made it for the worker dont be able to play at work, we cant do nothing about it too.. :/
