New Day

How long should we wait for the new day. I mean 30 minutes already past and I remember I waited 1-2 hours before. It causes many problems in crims and also in real life when we wait on computer for new day and do nothing. If you don't want to give exact time you should put it in like 0-15 minutes new day will come. I don't want to believe its a server issue. Because it doesn't take that much time to calculate and post the previous day stats and logs...
