the alley - tutorial quest four

hi there

in game guide and in game ( actually in beta atm ) at quest four say : Task: You must own at least building(s)
and my question is how many buildings should be to continue ?
got already 10 , Brewery 9 Heroine Facility 1 and unable to unlock the quest :/

p.s there is no pause button like in main game but aint sure this was also in tutorial quests or only regulars
p.s 2 i ve even reset account and quest still remains hasnt been reset :/ ( possible bug ? )

yeap problem remains

also another bugs came up when you first buy nightclub set drug etc after a couple of visits the enter button disappears so you have to go and set it again to fix the enter button

since i faced that quest four bug in beta i bypass it and took 5 now in main feature site and seems to be bugged too , i ve assault the Deadly Dean 2 times and there is no progress , can you please remove it from my account , thanks in advance
