As you know, on the current version we have a system to prevent that drugs be donated between users.

1 - The current system that you can't donate or get drugs donated from your friends.
2 - The old system that you can donate drugs or get drugs donated from your friends. You also can disrupt the drug transaction of someone else.

i prefer to rob at dealer , i got already pissed with this 30 actions and cant see what is on dealer, this are the only 2 changes
