No gang Money without Credits?

I have noticed guys in my gang with no credits not getting gang rob money? any one else?

i have credits , but i dont recieve cash.

dont have credit, but i receive money..
by the way, this new rules make alot of gang death..coz theres no one want to make gang rob, if they dont get any result of it :(

It's a bug no one know what happened. We must wait for fix ****ing bugs!
