SMS Credits

As announced in the Journal of Crims City is now available to buy credits via SMS in Brazil.
At the beginning we had some problems with the send the message containing the code to activate the credit, however, this problem was solved.
If any player has any problems related to loans purchased comes via SMS, please follow these steps:
When sending a SMS code and not get to your gsm carry the following steps to submit claim.
- Join The Crims - Powered By Kayako eSupport
- Click on "Submit a Ticket"
- Select the "Credits Departatment"
- Click "Next"
- Fill out the form presented to you (very important to meet with all the information specified below)
- Click the "Submit Ticket"
Required Information:
[color = red] - Nick and ID in TheCrims (if the claims have to be added manually);
- How many credits have been purchased (SMS sent);
- Do not forget to specify the number of your phone with the DDD where the message was sent;
- When writing the phone number PUT THE INTERNATIONAL CODE OF DDD FOLLOWED YOUR CITY. EXAMPLE (0055) (11) 00000000.
Important notes:
- Sometimes the code of credits will take long! Be patient BEFORE you send the ticket.
- Send only one ticket (to avoid SPAM) for each case that happens to you.
- The ticket can be written in Portuguese, but if in English there are more people to solve your problem.
