Credit Codes

We have recently made a change regarding credit codes. From now on, the codes are geoIp locked. This simply means that if you use credits bought from a Polish seller/reseller, you cannot use those credit codes on an account registered in the UK for example. You can only use them on a Polish account. We are sorry for the delay in announcing this to you.

If you bought credits recently and you encounter issues because of this, please submit a ticket to the Credits Department in Support Center and we'll try our best to help you. You can do so here: The Crims - Powered By Kayako eSupport

The credit codes issue has been fixed today. You can find more infos on that in the announcement on the Newspaper in game.
