TC impracticable or am I playing wrong?

So I just started playing TC, but after protection expires it's just impossible to keep up with the game, since you die almost every single time right after you leave the hospital and go to a rave party to refresh stamina. Will it be like this forever or am I doing something wrong?
I think this game has a lot of potential, but if it will be like this, I'll just quit the game and i think it's very discouraging for new players to keep playing the game, since right after 16 days or 50k respect, the game is over.

As a returning player i know how you feel... it took like some time to start being quick on raves to do not get killed.

I only hope you learn how to move mouse to get refreshed and leave befor the 6th second pops up... I do it like this and works out.
