Can't log in for 48H cuz of a country change

I had a massage telling me i can log in from my work pc cuz i changed my country the thing is i been in UAE the past 6 months i been opening the game in UAE from my phone the one time i tried to open from browser on a pc in my work i got that msg

again i opened from my pc at work and 1 day reset im locked for 48 hours again
