Changes for Round 116
Hi guys ,
This round will bring some major changes to the game, a new feature that we hope will make the game more interesting with time and some major changes to professions and our VIP packs
Here we go ...

2. VIP pack changes :
* Vip pack 3 : 15% more AP , Vip2:10 % more AP , Vip1 :5% more AP
* Vip pack 3: 50% more gang points , Vip pack 2 : 30% more gang points; Vip pack 1: 15% more gang points
* Give VIP pack users hooker bonus production same as building production - Buff for Pimp
* VIP user will lose only 1% of their stats after being attacked 10 times by the same player
3. New account changes
*Increase max protection to 50 k for new accounts
*All new accounts should get 15 private care items when created
4. Nerf to Dealer
Reduced the amount of components dealers get from Special robs lowered from 3 kk to 2.55 kk
5. Stats distribution changes
* Pimp and Robber have seen an increase in Strength
* Hitman was lowered from 0.5 to 0.4
6. Gang Changes :
*Leader will not lose control of the gang when he dies
7. Level Changes
We have removed the power deficit all professions had when leveling up
8. Prize Changes :
*We removed the prize in money for Top Killers but we doubled the prize in credits
