good question ... I will give this to Abuse !! But please remember there are many accounts to check and some cases might take more time than others , plus Abuse needs to check current round as well.

First, we apologize for the delay. There are a few accounts, which are in the top, that we need to check in detail. You have worked and played hard throughout a season, and we are examining the processes that these accounts have done throughout the season in order to give a fair decision to your efforts. When these accounts checkings are over, we will make a decision on it as the abuse team, and then immediately medals and prizes will be distributed. but as I said before, we had to exert more effort on these accounts than on others.
Most probably in 2 days the medals will be distributed.
