Unfair ban and I can't submit a ticket because of it.

Hello!
Today I've been banned, accused of using 2 accounts. Me and my Brother, Vicksing 96 have been receiving warnings about 2 accounts being not allowed So, as we wasn't violating any rule we ignored those warnings, because we're really innocents. Each one of us play with its respective account. My account has a brazilian flag because, as I told it before here in the Forum, that when I've created I was living in SP (Brazil) for studies exchange programs purposes. Is there any possible way we can play together without being banned? Please.
