Round 150 Changes!!!

Hi gangsters,

I would like to start by asking you guys to help us test sabotage a little bit.
Since it is summer most of our planning / beta test players are away on vacation so at the moment things are moving a little bit slower than we would actually like , meaning that we will not have it on LIVE for the moment.

Now the changes for this round are:

• Hardcore item change : Increase it from 350 % to 400 %
• Block district attacks while training
• Gang war expiration time reduced from 30 minutes to 15 minutes

Hope these changes will bring back pimp to a top 5 level.
