My suggestion is to give a medal or another type of achievement to the top1 or top3 killers of each country, just like you have for respect, currently.

It is not a new idea ... many suggested this but killers and hunters especially did not like it. I have no idea why but anyway I will bring it up in Planning
what about a pink medal for leader top gang top 2 and top 3. exactly like top 1 just different number on it
