Round 146 Changes!

Hi gangsters,

Hopefully you are having a cooler summer than I am having at the moment.
Round 146 is not going to bring many changes, just a couple of NERFS to Businessman which seems to be the preferred weapon of choice of top players for some rounds now and a small changes to Robber

Businessman is the easiest and the safest choice for sure, but I would love to see other professions in top 10 as well.

40% higher building production at level 13 from 50 %
40% lower building upgrade prices at level 13 from 50 %

Game changes

Crims City will be available at level 10 and from day 20

Removing rave limits, reducing stats gains and maybe bringing back GA with stats are things that could be happening based on this VOTE.
