what is the assault power formula ?

I used to know from earlier TC it was something like that = [(strength + Tolerance)/2 + weapon bonus + armor bonus ] * random factor
is it still like that?
someone told me it is now only strength that effect the total power or it has more percentage than the Torrence, is it true? , please help :(

It's something similar to that but we take in consideration that Strength is a plus for attackers.

aaaah, so Strength has more weight in the weighted average for the attackers power ? I can expect that tolerance will be the same for the defender power, is it true?
you mean that the assault formula differs between the attacker and the defender?
