Factory daily cost question

Hello guys,

Just 1 simple question:

So from what I saw on this guide, it's said that we need to have money on our hands otherwise the factories won't produce.

But when I hover my mouse on the game, above the factories costs, the tooltip says it will retrieve the money either from our hands or from the bank.

So which of these facts is true? Should I keep enough money on my hands at the end of the day or it doesn't matter because it will take the required money from the bank?

Either on your hand or in bank, you can keep the money.

But, not as invest. Invest is a feature where your money is untouchable until it expires. So, if you have money on bank as you can withdraw anytime, and as cash in hand, we take money for production.

Others, we do not.
