The suggestion is when you hover over your ticket count, you should see your "max tickets", if you gain ticket per minutes (Real or Tc, doesn't matter, just say if you can win or not), sometimes i get nothing more cuz i've reached my max tickets and did not know about it... In levels it says only "XXX tickets", doesn't say your maximum...
