in the description of the pimp profession on game guide, it says exactly like this: "Tempting to play if you want a steady income but remember that incomes is linked to your charisma and that is quite hard to get if you do not have a team" that charisma influences the earnings of Hookers, is that right?

That's outdated information. Actually, charisma doesn't have any impact on hookers at all.
What impact do stats have on the game?
Intelligence: Increases Single Robbery Power faster but it has some impact on other powers as well, even if it is small.
Tolerance: Increases Gang Robbery Power faster but it has some impact on other powers as well, even if it is small.
Strength: Increases Assault Power faster but it has some impact on other powers as well, even if it is small.
Charisma: It does not have an impact on the game recently but with Sabotage (a feature that's currently on planning), Charisma will be the most useful stat probably.
