suggestion: option to show numbers with commas as thousands separators

can we have the option to show numbers with commas as thousands separators ?
I think something like this
Production capacity per real day 1,560,000,000 components
will be easier than this
Production capacity per real day 1560000000 components

- also my drugs at the drug dealer, I take sometime to realize are they 5 millions or 50 millions!
- the respect of the visitors at raves also is a must , I was going to attack a player thinking he is 80k respect while he was 800k respect lol , we need to decide veeery fast :( I got killed many times because of this : (

This was suggested before by admins and by players. However, this was refused by developper for some reason. I am sorry, I do not remember the reason well, but it was due to technical issues.
