No, there are not.
How long is a TC day?
6 hours.
How long is a round?
A round is 180 TC days, which is about 45 real days.
What can I do with credits?
There are now many uses of credits in the game. These are some of benefits you can buy whit credits:
- Buying the VIP package (50 credits or 100 credits).
- Buying the optional starter packages at the beginning of the round (10, 20 credits or VIP).
- Spying the next ship at docks (10 credits).
- Escaping from prison or helping a friend out (10 or 5 credits).
- Exiting from hospital or helping a friend out (10 or 5 credits).
- Extra power 30% at the weapon (10 credits for 28 days TC).
- Extra 10% at the buildings production (10 credits for 28 days TC).
- Extra 10% at hookers gains (10 credits for 28 days TC).
- Investing your money at the bank (5 credits).
- Spying the user: player information (5 credits).
- Spying the gang (10 credits).
- Change your username (20 credits) - Each round you can change your username one time for free!
- Reset your skill points (20 credits).
- You can play the dice game at Casino (2, 4 or 6 credits).
- You can buy detox at hospital (5 credits).
- You can buy weapons (mean machine and nomex plated armor) (30 credits each).
- You can buy one ticket for lottery at Casino (1 credit).
- You can buy hide gang donation points item at the black market (1 credit).
Why aren't my buildings producing?
For your buildings produce drugs, you must have money in hand, showing money in the account at the top right of the screen. If you don't have money here, and all your money is in the bank, they will not produce.
Me and a friend are in a gang together. We attacked another user with much less respect and lost! Why did this happen?
Probably the user that you attacked is a member of a gang. This means that you not only attacked the user, but all his gang and they must have a power greater than you and your friend.
How respect is calculated?
Each $ 10,000 = 1 respect and of course your stats (8 stats= 1 respect).
What about the captchas?
We use them to prevent bot and script usage.
Why my gang does not appear in the gang statistic?
Your gang must have at least 5 members to appear in the statistics list.
How can I be a member of a gang?
The best way is to contact the gang leader you want to be invited. If you can't find a gang that will accept it, then you can join a virtual gang. If you are strong to join a virtual gang then your only option is to create your own gang.
When will a red relation disappear?
Red relations last for 10 seconds and will automatically disappear after that.
What building is the best?
Expensive buildings usually give higher profits. However, changes more profitable drug round by round and is largely determined by the boats.
What is the next ship?
You can bribe the captain on the dock (10 credits) for information on the drug that the next ship will buy. This can help you to buy as much of this drug.
Why can't I share the same IP or PC with my brother?
You are free to use more than one account per IP but not per PC. The reason is that we do not allow having more than one account, please read the rules. If you and your brother want to play then you have to play from different computers.
How can I be assaulted and gang assaulted by the same player?
This is possible if your opponent first create a gang assault and then make a single assault. The gang assault can be executed after the single assault, the important thing is that the planning has started before the single assault was executed.
How do I get out of jail?
There are three ways to get out of prison. You can buy your way out with credits, you can bribe the guards with cash, or you can do your time and wait for your release date to come.
How do I get out of the emergency/hospital?

We can't help you if the payments are not registered in our system. The Crims is not responsible for loss of money in such cases. Be aware that it is forbidden to buy credits from a reseller not listed in the "credits" page.
Is there any way to buy the stats from another player in The Crims?
No, it is forbidden to sell or buy stats for credits or money. Doing this will cause a punishment for both.
I was banned, can I register a new account and keep playing?
Since round 64 you can't register or play on another account in the same round that you have been banned. You can always ask us to recheck your case, but if your ban continues, then you need to wait until the next round to play again. Every time we find a user playing with another account after being banned once in the round, we will banish all your most accounts.
My friend was banned, can I know why?
We don't discuss about bans with third parties. Please, tell your friend that he should send a ticket to Support Center, in the section Abuse- Complaints Only.
Why I can't login?
First of all, make sure you entered your username and password correctly. If you don't see the login bar, probably it means that the round ended. Stay tuned, a new round will start soon!
Email has not arrived!
If you tried to change the account password and the confirmation email does not come, there are two things you can do. First wait a little longer, and make sure you've checked the email folder Junk/Spam. If you do all this and still not arrived, please contact us by Support Center and we will help you.
Why I can't sell or buy hookers and drugs?
Sometimes this is a problem in your browser, try clearing your browser history, cache, cookies, etc ... and try again.
I want to delete my account, how can I do this?
You can use this link http://www.thecrims.com/user/delete and follow the instructions.
My account has been deleted, is there any way to recover it?
If your account was deleted for inactivity, then there is no way to recover it, but if you have deleted your account manually, we can reactive it for you. Just send a ticket to our Support Center.
I forgot the password for my email, can I change the email from my account?
Yes, we can change your email. Send a ticket to the Support Center and we will do after checking that you are the real owner of the account.

As a VIP you are guaranteed 20 extra events during the VIP period. Each event lasts for one day only so be sure to check your account daily to not miss a valueable event. What events you will receive is random but there is a greater chance of receiving the boat and the truck than the others. The events available are:
The boat is a small version of the regular boats that arrive in Crim City every once in a while. This boat will buy a limited quantity drugs from you to a higher price than the drug dealer offers. The amount of drugs the boats will buy increases during the round.
The truck will buy a limited quantity drugs from you to a higher price than the drug dealer offers. The amount of drugs the trucks will buy increases during the round.
During this event you will receive a lower price on one specific drug at the drug dealer. It is an excellent opportunity to buy drugs to a better price.
When this event occurs you will receive a higher price at the drug dealer on one specific drug. The price change applies to both sell and buy prices. If you have some extra drugs you want to sell then this is the time to do it.
Bans are used as punishment when the rules are violated.
If you received a ban and want to discuss it, you should send a ticket to Support Center.
Chat ban
A chat ban may be given when spam occur, misbehavior or insult someone in chat rooms. While you are punished with a "chat ban" you can't write anything in any of the chat rooms of the game, including the gang chat.
Temporary ban
The temporary ban prevents you do login at game during the timeout. The ban will end when time expires.
Permanent ban
Permanent ban will prevent you do login in your account in game forever. This ban is used in severe rules breaks.
Trusted accounts
To add an account to your trusted relations you need to have a solid relation with that account first. After that you can choose the account from the list below and add it as a trusted relation. As a third step you need to confirm by email sent to the email address your account is registered to. A security code will be generated automatically and it will be this code your trusted account will use to login on your account. You can have a maximum of 1 trusted accounts on your list and an account can be on a maximum of 1 different lists. You may only add one trusted relation at a time, which means you have to confirm each relation by email before adding another.
Note: If you attempt the change you profile in such a way that it requires confirmation by email while you have a relation in the awaiting authorization mode, that will render the confirmation email useless and you will have to delete the relation and add it again.
