Currently the only way for you to find out if your homies or gang members are online/offline is by going into each of their profiles.
Why not have the online indicator on every user list, i.e: Gang Members list, and Homies list.
That way on my gang I can immediately see ok I have 4 people online, so I'll probably be able to do 3 or 4 man robberies.
