AGAIN: FK removed?

i ask again coz ppl sayed rumours about fk is started
after day 100.
is true?
I need answer for make one estrategie if dont have more fk
or if started after day 100.

I think day 40 i dont remember

I can confirm that this is an intended change, and FK is due to be available starting with day 60.
