How to go bounty hunting?

I don't know how i can kill somebody as bounty hunter.

First, you need to get a relation from him, a ''red relation'' or a ''solid relation''. Then you just go in assault and you attack him... you need to be 2 times stronger then him to kill him, if your stronger then him but not double of his power, you wont kill him but you'll get stats. And a way to get a red relation if you can not get a solid relation is to go in a rave party or a whore house and to meet some one .
