mabey he created the account on a finish computer and he saying he live in finland becous onley if the IP say he live in finland!

or i can go to slovenia and creat a account on one of theys computer and say " i live in slovania" and ilive in finland !!!

Flag changes are made due to the most used IP on the account, that IP is finnish, unless we can proove otherwise that he's not Finnish then the flag will remain...

ask he some questions on finisg language and we will see what he can do!!
or if no one moderator can talk finish i can be a moderator and talk finish to other ppl!

Theres no need for that, I alredy told you the flag will remain, we checked his IP, and all the stuff necaserry to prove he has the right flag, case closed.
