i have a problem with the credits
i just cannot receive credits

i did the instruction for sms and sent more than once
but no credits received

Hi, you need to submit a ticket in credits departament.

Ur tickets should include :Your user ID, the Format that you use to buy credits, if you used a mobile phone, from what number was the message sent, time at which you bought the credits and your country .. all details You must write in english language.
