well top gang rate really sux from the time when Birooo is "playing" whole rounds from the beginning only to make a top gang and get a medail for it. And he does not care about people who are in and about the name. The important is that he will do that, the flag will be EGY and in the gang name on the first must be DEVIL, but where you got the right to deserve all of that? The right to make such gangs is in my opinion in people who are achieving TOP5 single ranking and they should make alliences to win it and not such "anybody" who is just chatting on Skype convs asking people whole the time and waits for 184day.
