Master hand ,please help me!!

1. It is said that TC has three modes :safe, normal and risky. So please tell me how to chang them each other??????
From search:
safe: you have 99,9% to rob sth successfully.
normal: usually you are able to rob sth, but there's a chance you got imprisonment.
risky: with your skills you can possibly rob sth, but in most cases you'll end in prison.

2.Do the Robbery:i only rob Russian drug king at most.but ,i found that I can rob more,such as Value transport,Grande Mafioso,****ingham Palace,Oil Tycoon of Dubai, and even BILL GATES. so please tell me how to do??? how to rob them????

1. These three modes are unofficial. Some calculators works with 3 modes, some with 4. But The Crims has no official calculator.

2. These robberies you can rob only if you have a gang and if there's enough players in your gang. Every robbing member of your gang must to have enough stats for these robberies. It's important for succesful robbing.

This is universal formula for safe single and gang robberies

{(IQ+strenght)+tol/2} /3 + damage weapon + armor

Yes but these robberies are not important as others
