what's the good time for Sabotage!!!

This quest is a bit dumb, sabotages seem to never work, will I have to leave it till the round almost ends to do this? What's the point...

It is easier to do it in real life I will never succes in this mission....

yh i just did that alley mission and did the same. i waited 16 days on my last one and that was successful.

how many hours or days i have to wait to do the Sabotage because every time i did it , i failed so plz advice me
