Why you need in beta support? There we just test news for next round... It is not next game server or something where players need help. If you have some problem in beta so you should have same problem in normal game ... then you can contact Crew. But if you have in beta some problem which is not in normal game so it is bug... and it you can report here on forum in Bugs section.
